1. Data Collection: We collect personal information including Name, Email, Mobile Number, and School details during enrollment to provide access to the digital classroom.
2. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers.
3. Usage of Data: Your contact information is used strictly for class reminders, schedule updates, and providing mock test results.
4. Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your information is never sold to third-party marketing agencies.
5. Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic.
Terms & Conditions
1. Use of Service: Enrollment is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials or "parallel logins" on multiple devices is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.
2. Fee Structure: All fees for the 11th/12th Science and Engineering modules must be paid in full via available payment options before the batch starts.
3. Intellectual Property: All study materials, video lectures, recordings, and notes provided are the copyrighted property of StudyTechno Academy. Unauthorized recording or distribution is a legal offense.
4. Student Conduct: Students are expected to maintain discipline during live sessions. Any form of harassment or disruption will result in immediate removal without a refund.
5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel your enrollment in any of our 11th, 12th, or Engineering modules up to 48 hours before the first live session of the respective batch. Cancellation requests made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% administrative fee, 18% GST, and gateway processing charges.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the high-tech X2 Ecosystem delivery model, our refund policy is strictly module-based:
- ✅ Full Refund: Requests made before the commencement of the first live class.
- ❌ No Refund: Once a student has attended more than two live sessions or has accessed the digital study material/LMS of a specific module, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Fees paid for fast-track "Crash Courses," one-on-one doubt-solving sessions, or discounted combo module offers are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing:
All approved refund requests will be processed automatically through our payment partner. The amount will be credited back to the original source within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Force Majeure:
In the event that a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on the academy's side, a compensatory session will be scheduled. No refunds will be provided for individual technical issues at the student's end.
